This 200,000 square foot development is located on the edge of the Lake Trudeau. The location is situated on Canada's longest linear park, the Parc du P'tit Train du Nord with over 230 kilometres of trails, where one can explore the natural environment of the Southern Laurentians from South to North. Guests will benefit from countless touristic attractions in the region such as: alpine skiing at Bel-neige, Village du pere noel, hiking, biking, kayaking, go-carts, ice-skating, and cross-country skiing and many more.

The property is projected to have 160 condo hotel residences, which will be sold to individual buyers. As a condo hotel, the owners of Escapade Laurentides Aquapark Resort get to participate in a professionally managed rental program when they are not using their residence.
Not only will the revenue generated help bankroll the costs of ownership, but it also provides a profitable income for the owner. In addition, as a condo hotel, a rental management company will handle all maintenance and upkeep.
Owner-investors purchase a unit of their choice that is held in divide co-ownership with other owners. A well-established management company that will ensure the efficient running of day-to-day operations and proper overall maintenance of the property will manage the units. Condo-Hotel owners' benefit from top occupancy rates, and higher levels of rental income.
Owners will be able to choose fourteen nights (with some restriction as mentioned in the agreement) to stay in the resort in a calendar year.
